Big thanks to the awesome and supernatural Emma Meade for tagging me in the 777 Game. Drop by her blog and read her bit if you have a moment.
Rules are:
Go to either page 7 or 77 of your manuscript. Count down seven lines and paste the next seven lines in a post. After that, name seven more authors to come out and play.
This would be from page 77 of book 2 in my urban fantasy series. The book is titled AGGRANDIZIÉR’S ACADEMY:
Rina hung up the phone the moment a voice spoke up on the other end. Of course Leo had picked up, who else? The tension in his voice revealed he was just as starved of her presence as she expected.
“Stupid boy, I’m not the one…,” she breathed into the warm air of her bedroom. The ceiling was tall, the windows revealing, but light fabric shrouded them. It hung many feet long, the night its background. The size of the bed was incredible, though it failed to take up most of the space of the vast room. A shroud of thin satin-like material fell over all four sides as a canopy. It matched the wall decorations, woven with fresh cut roses of tan and red tones. It was an uncanny sensation, for her to be back in her room after so many years of not even having the awareness that it existed.
I’ll be tagging these fine folks:
Ahmed Amin | Ruth Ellen Parlour | Mike Reverb | Michelle Proulx | C. Michael Hubbard | Amanda Byrne | Rachel Horwitz
You’re not obligated to participate, of course, unless you’d like to. And if you follow this blog and would love to do it, you are most welcome!

Thanks against for the tag
Neat! No problem
Great imagery, and I agree with Ruth, the last sentence has me wondering…
Thanks, Nicole!
I love the twist of the last sentence, very intriguing!
Thanks, Ruth!
Just finished the first book. Looking forward to this installment in your penology.
As for tagging me, you’re lucky there are no tag backs! Wait, are there tag backs? What are the rules to this game? How do I know I wasn’t on base when you tagged me? Fine, I’m it
Pentology*
Stupid word correction, at least that’s who I’m blaming it on
Awesome! Thanks so much for reading, appreciate it
Yeah, it’s a tricky game, as all games are, haha.
Her bedroom sounds gorgeous. I want that bed
Thanks, Emma! Me too, haha
